Alongside career mentoring, I work directly with organisations to help them build the teams that will deliver their science.
For the past five years, I have supported biotech, pharma and research-driven organisations as an executive recruiter, specialising in leadership appointments including Head of Research, Directors and VPs of Biology, CEO, CSO, CTO, CMO, Head of Regulatory, as well as co-founders, board members, scientific and commercial advisors. I also deliver targeted searches for technical and emerging talent across R&D functions.
